ADHOMUKHA VRKASANA
TECHNIQUE
- Stand in tadasana .Bend forward and rest the palms on floor about a foot away from wall .The distance between elbows should be as between shoulders. Keep the arms fully stretched.
- Take the legs back and bend the knees .Exhale, swing the legs up against the wall and balance. Lift the head as far up as possible.
- Stay for near about half or one minute according to your capacity and come back.
- After long practice when you can maintain balance without support of wall you can do in middle of room without any support.
